Highland Adventures was founded by Jill Balbontin, an avid adventure traveler.  A graduate from the University of Virginia  with a Masters in Spanish Literature, Jill has over 15 years of immersion in the Spanish and Latin American culture.  Her in-depth knowledge of the region and many years of teaching allow Jill to provide carefully selected adventures that deliver fun, cultural and educational value.
